Data-Structure that holds the Close Task data.
You must provide either an external task reference or the
internal GeoManager TaskId of the task to be close.
You may provide an optional resourceId or employeeId or
resourceFirstName/resourceLastName to identify a resource to
associate with the close task. If you do not provide a
resourceId/employeeId/firstName+lastName then the existing
resourceId on the task will be used. If you provide
all values then only the resourceId will be used. If you provide
an employeeId and a firstName+lastName then the employeeId will
be used.
